Shipping Options

    • Purchases over €100: free shipping.
    • Purchases under €100:
      • Portugal: €4 for registered delivery.
      • Spain: 8€.
      • Other Countries: On request.
    • Express Shipping: 8€ (Next business day delivery).

RETURNS POLICY

We exchange your product even without manufacturing defects, subject to the following conditions:

Exchanges:

    • We accept exchanges within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for return.
    • We do not accept returns, only exchanges or offer store credit for future purchases.
    • Products on sale, sold as they are, do not generate the right to exchange.
    • The exchange will always be made with the purchase price.

Exchange Process:

    • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.
    • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original tags and packaging.
    • After we receive your returned item, we will either process the exchange or issue you a store credit.

The guarantee excludes damages resulting from falls and accidents of any nature, including manipulation or contact with chemical agents that may cause damage to the materials of your jewelry.
